We’re at the stage where the product works, early customers are live, and the feedback is strong. What we need now is someone who can turn that signal into a repeatable revenue engine — and help define the company alongside us.
About the Role
This is a founding-level position. You’ll join as co-founder, own the full commercial surface of the company, and work directly with the CEO on go-to-market strategy, customer relationships, and growth. You won’t be executing a playbook someone else wrote — you’ll be writing it.
On a day-to-day basis you’ll be:
- Running the full B2B sales cycle — from outbound prospecting through to signed contracts
- Building and managing relationships with engineering leaders, CTOs, and finance stakeholders at mid-market and enterprise SaaS companies
- Defining our ICP, refining our positioning, and building the systems that make growth predictable
- Structuring and closing strategic partnership deals (system integrators, payments providers, cloud marketplaces)
- Feeding customer and market insight back into the product roadmap
- Hiring and eventually leading the commercial team as we scale
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years selling complex B2B software — ideally developer tooling, infrastructure, or fintech
- Proven track record owning and closing enterprise deals ($50K–$500K ACV range)
- Strong account management background — you know how to retain, expand, and turn a customer into a champion
- Comfortable talking to technical buyers (engineers, architects) as well as financial stakeholders
- Experience building sales processes from scratch — CRM hygiene, pipeline discipline, forecasting
- A founder’s mindset: you’re energised by ambiguity, you take ownership, and you’d rather move fast and learn than wait for perfect information
